RB Leipzig have confirmed that Dutch midfielder Xavi Simons has been released from training until further notice, as negotiations surrounding his future enter a decisive stage.
The 21-year-old, who spent the 2023/24 season on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, did not train with Leipzig on Tuesday, instead devoting his time to discussions regarding his next move.
