Bukola Saraki, former senate president, has kicked against court judgement ordering the forfeiture of his houses to EFCC, saying that it is an abuse of the court process and a violation of a subsisting order of the federal high court in Abuja.
It should be noted that a federal high court in Lagos had ordered the forfeiture of two houses of Saraki in Ilorin based on an application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
