Outrage As Council Boss Empowers Youths With Wheelbarrows

The Transition Committee Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs. Chinwe Ugwu has drawn the ire of residents of Enugu State and beyond after she rolled out a wheelbarrow empowerment program.
DAILY SUN reports that Ugwu is one of the chairmen that were appointed last December, ahead of the Local Government election slated for February this year.
However, in a move many have described as βshocking and insultingβ, she launched a wheelbarrow empowerment scheme on Monday, at the Council secretariat.
