China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Thursday that Beijing is “keen” to elevate relations with Pakistan to “new heights of cooperation and collaboration,” highlighting the two countries’ long-standing partnership and shared regional interests.

Speaking during his visit to Islamabad, Wang praised Pakistan’s steadfast commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty and territorial integrity. He assured that China would continue to work closely with Pakistan to promote regional peace, stability, and economic development.
