Southern Governors Take Position On VAT Collection, Zoning

The Southern Governors have declared their support for the collection of Value Added Tax (VAT) by state governments, in place of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), they have as well taken a position on the zoning of 2023 Presidency.
Africa Daily News, New York reports that the governors had on Thursday met at the Enugu State Government House.
Chairman of the Forum and Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, made the position of the governors known in a communique issued at the end of the meeting.
