OVH Energy, Nigeria’s leading downstream marketing Company and licensee of the Oando retail brand, has partnered with the Oando Foundation in the global push for quality education.

These organizations recently embarked on the upgrade of a Model Primary School in Onne, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, which is a beneficiary school under the Oando Adopt-A-School Program and is within OVH Energy’s host community.

Nigerian Army to upgrade museum to international standard

The Nigerian Army has commenced work on upgrading the army museum at the Mambilla Barracks to international standard.

The army which took a cue from the Arlington National Cemetery Museum in fashioning the Nigerian army museum will also be upgrading the Buratai Museum in Borno State.

For the upgrade to be a success, the army is collaborating with National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM) to ensure that the vision of the Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant, General T.Y Buratai, which is to have a professional responsive Nigerian army in the discharge of its constitutional role is met.

Boeing to submit 737 MAX software upgrade soon

Boeing Co said on Monday it planned to submit a proposed software enhancement package for the grounded 737 MAX in “the coming weeks” after the company had previously said it planned to deliver the fix for government approval by last week.

The company on Monday confirmed a statement from the Federal Aviation Administration that it would submit the upgrade later than previously announced.
