Storch, who was part of a high-level delegation to Bahrain for Middle East talks earlier this year, fills the role left open by Kelly Ann Shaw, the G7 and senior trade adviser whose departure was announced last week.
As head of the international division of the White House National Economic Council, Storch will report to PresidentΒ Donald Trump’s senior economic adviser, Larry Kudlow, head of the NEC.

Britainβs Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said more than 70 flights were scheduled for Thursday to bring back 16,000 people to the country following the collapse of Thomas Cook.
