Ogun State Gov, Abiodun Reacts To Dismissal Of Ihedioha

The Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has said the Supreme Court ruling declaring Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress, APC, winner of the Imo State governorship election was an indication that God was at work.

Abiodun stated this in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Kunle Somorin.

The governor urged the immediate past governor of the state, Emeka Ihedioha to see the hand of God in his dismissal by the Supreme Court.

Kano Anti-Corruption Investigating Three Judges In State

The Kano State Anti-Corruption and Public Complaints Commission has started investigating three Magistrate Judges in the State over alleged corrupt practices.

The investigation was to unravel how the Magistrates allegedly indulged in corrupt practices while carrying out their duties.

2020: Hope Uzodimma Will Take Over Imo State – Fr. Mbaka

Charismatic Roman Catholic Priest and Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Nigeria (Amen), Fr Ejike Mbaka, is at it again.

The Enugu cleric, who is known for his controversial prophecies, in his New Year message, said Senator Hope Uzodimma would be sworn in as governor of Imo State.

Mbaka had predicted President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory during the 2015 New Year Message, which he titled ‘From Goodluck to Badluck.’

Buhari, NITDA Govt Vows To Investigate Lagos State

The government of President Muhammad Buhari, through the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), has vowed to investigate the Lagos State government over what it described as the breach of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), 2019.

This was contained in a statement made available to THISDAY on Friday by the Chief Information Officer of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi.

In the statement, NITDA said it was “reliably informed and duly ascertained that the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) published a web portal – https://lagos.qpay.ng/TaxPayer – where personal information of tax payers of Lagos State was gleaned by the general
