Nigerian Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka has expressed deep concerns about what may befall Nigeria if the country’s leadership fails to act fast.

He pointed out that Nigeria could disintegrate if urgent steps were not taken by the government to address the vexatious issue of devolution of powers to the federating units which is being clamoured for in several quarters at the moment.

Soyinka made this revelation yesterday in an interview on Aise Television which was monitored by Africa Daily News, New York.
