Senator Ademola Adeleke who is the governor-elect of Osun State, has announced that he is ready to defend his victory if it comes to it at the election petition tribunal which had been instigated by the incumbent governor, Gboyega Oyetola.

Adeleke had also made the declaration after incumbent governor, Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who had been defeated at the July 16 election while filing a petition before an election tribunal on Friday challenging the election’s outcome.

Senator Ademola Adeleke who is the Osun State Governor-elect, has finally broken his silence as he openly cautioned his supporters and well-wishers against engaging in violence and other electoral acts of malpractice.

Panic As Mob Destroys Adeleke’s Billboards In Osun

The Ejigbo town in the Ejigbo Local Government Area of Osun State was thrown into a state of panic as campaign billboards of Senator Ademola Adeleke were destroyed and set ablaze by an unknown mob.

Sources had narrated to Newsmen that a mob was observed destroying and tearing down the billboards in parts of the town.

Former Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke was on Friday discharged and acquitted by the Federal High Court in Abuja because the Federal Government withdrew charges against him in an alleged examination malpractice saga.

The withdrawal of the charges against Adeleke paved the way for his being discharged and acquitted on the charges levelled against him by the federal government.
