The family of former governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, rejected the offer of assistance from his successor, Governor Seyi Ma­kinde, while he was undergo­ing treatment in Lagos before his death last week Thursday.

Relationship between Aji­mobi’s family and the Oyo State government has been frosty leading to accusations and counter-accusations on what was responsible for the delay in his burial.
