The Federal Government has taken delivery of two fighter helicopters to boost the ongoing fight against insurgency and banditry in the country.

The Federal Government of Nigeria on Saturday said officials of the various security agencies in Nigeria do impregnate teenage girls in their host communities.

The FG, through the Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) said the situation has been creating conflicts in various communities across the nation.

IPCR is an agency under the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, saddled with the responsibility of resolving conflicts among individuals or groups.

Amotekum: Disband Nigeria’s Security Apparatus Now

Ntufam Mba Ekpezu Ukweni, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), has said that the Nigeria’s security apparatus should be disbanded because they have failed Nigerians, which made them to resort to self-defence.

Amotekun: Northerners Blow Hot Over S-West Security Outfit

The Northern Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has berated the Southwest Governors for the establishment of Amotekun.

On Thursday January 9, the Western Nigeria Security Network known as Amotekun commenced operations in Yorubaland.

The NYCN, in a statement signed by its National President, Comrade Isah Abubakar, stated that Amotekun is “OPC military wing in disguise”.

Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State on Thursday, said that the Western Nigeria Security Network (WNSN) otherwise know as “Amotekun” was set up not to undermine the power of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

ISWAP Kill 3 Security Officers, Threatens Army In New Video

A new video dated December 8, showing the execution of two Nigerian soldiers and a policeman has emerged online.

In the video which was obtained by Channels Television on Monday, the killing was carried out by masked men believed to be members of the Islamic State of West African Province (ISWAP).
