3R Seals Deal On Revenue Assurance Solutions With NCC

In a fresh development, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has announced that it has finally signed and sealed a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreement with one of its consultants, the 3R Company Nigeria Limited, which would be in charge of the handling ofΒ the execution of the Revenue Assurance Solutions (RAS) to strengthen and manage the integrity of the revenue generation process in the Nigerian telecommunications industry.
