Imo State Congress Of America To Partner With Imo Disapora

The President of the Imo State Congress of America (ISCA), Engr. Sampson Udeh has expressed his interest to partner up with the Imo State Diasporan office to be able move things forward in the state.
Engr. Udeh started by talking about the organisation, Imo State Congress of America which he described as an umbrella organisation for Imo state indigenes living in the United States of America and Canada.
