Former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari and his predecessor, Goodluck Jonathan after both leaders met in Mali to engage in further consultations towards finding a political solution to the crisis in the West African nation.

Africa Daily News recalls that Buhari and Jonathan met in Bamako, Mali on Thursday where they will confer with ECOWAS heads led by President Issoufou Mahamadou of Niger Republic.

Jonathan had on Tuesday briefed Buhari after his initial trip to Mali.

The Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, has said his predecessor, Adams Oshiomhole, had no money when he contested to become governor in 2007.
