UPTH Denies Death Of 14 Incubated Babies Due To Power Outage

Whilst reporting to earlier rumours that some of the incubated infants in the Hospital had been killed after a massive power outage hit the institution, the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) has put out a statement that completely denies these reports that the babies died due to a power outage.
The University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, Acting Public Relations Officer, Elabha Meni had issued a rebuttal at the weekend.
Admitting that there was a power failure, Meni said it was not true that 14 infants died at the health facility.
