Oil Theft: PENGASSAN Fingers Military, Other Top Security Officers

Comrade Festus Osifo who is the President of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has on Wednesday revealed that some of the heads of the Nigerian Military, Police and other security agencies had also colluded to pilfer and embezzle crude oil in the Niger Delta.

He had also made this revelation while making his address at a one-day public hearing of the Senate Ad-hoc Committee to investigate oil lifting, theft and the impact on petroleum production and oil revenues headed by Senator Albert Bassey Akpan.
