Northerners With No Education Ruling Nigeria – Afenifere

A leader of Afenifere, Senator Femi Okurounmu, has said that Nigeria is being ruled by Northerners, whom he described as having almost little or no education.

Okurounmu, while speaking on the nation’s 21 years of uninterrupted democracy, expressed displeasure that many Southern youths who graduated from the university with good grades are roaming the streets with no jobs, saying Northerners are the ones getting employed.

Amotekun: Northerners Blow Hot Over S-West Security Outfit

The Northern Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has berated the Southwest Governors for the establishment of Amotekun.

On Thursday January 9, the Western Nigeria Security Network known as Amotekun commenced operations in Yorubaland.

The NYCN, in a statement signed by its National President, Comrade Isah Abubakar, stated that Amotekun is “OPC military wing in disguise”.

Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido has called on his fellow Northerners to stop blaming the Igbos for their problems, he insisted they make away with sentiments and take responsibilities for their own issues and find a way to help themselves
