Nnamdi Kanu Lauds Ijaw Women After IPOB-Bayelsa Meeting

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) threw encomiums on Ijaw IPOB-Bayelsa women after their meeting earlier today on his verified Facebook Page.

He also admonished enemies of the movement who hide under the Ijaw Youth Council Organisation to cause bad blood between IPOB and the IYC and warned them that Biafraland is owned by Biafrans and will forever remain so.

Don’t Restore Nnamdi Kanu’s Bail, FG Tells Court

The Federal Government has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to reject a request by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, to restore his revoked bail.

On Friday we obtained the counter-affidavit filed before the court by the Federal Government to oppose an application filed in April last year by Kanu seeking the restoration of his bail.

The Federal Government’s objection to the application was filed by the prosecuting counsel, Mr Magaji Labaran, on January 17, 2020.

Nnamdi Kanu To support Amotekun With 1million IPOB Men

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Thursday, commended Southwest governors for setting up Amotekun security outfit.

Kanu assured that members IPOB were ready to support Operation Amotekun with all their might.

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has via his verified Facebook page announced  that he’ll be postponing the proposed Saturday Radio broadcast to Sunday, 8th of December.

Police Declare Nnamdi Kanu’s Lawyer Wanted

The police in Anambra State have declared Ifeanyi Ejiofor, a lawyer, wanted over the clash Monday in Oraifite which left at least four persons dead.

The police commissioner in the state, John Abang, in a video message circulated by the spokesman of the police, Haruna Mohammed, on Tuesday, urged members of the public with any information of his whereabouts to avail the police or any other security agencies of such information.

NIS Deploys MIDAS At Abuja’s Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport

The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has successfully deployed Migration Information Data Analysis System (MIDAS) at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

MIDAS is an IT-based Border Management Information System (BMIS) that collects, processes, stores and analyses migrant information in real time across the border network, and provides a strong statistical base for security, migration policy and planning.

The installation, which was commissioned by the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregesola, is a product of collaborative effort of NIS, the Danish government and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM).

Nnamdi Kanu, Leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), on Thursday, told the Federal High Court, Abuja, that he was ready to face trial if his safety would be guaranteed by the court.
