NIDCOM Boss, Dabiri-Erewa Calls For Probe Over Otobo’s Death

Honourable Abike Dabiri-Erewa, who is the Chairman/CEO to the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, (NiDCOM) has on Tuesday, described the death of one 70-year old Ambassador Ejeviome Otobo in the United States as very sad and painful.

Dabiri-Erewa had mentioned in a condolence message which was signed on her behalf by Mr Abdur-Rahman Balogun, who is the Head of Media and Public Relations, NIDCOM,Β  that the circumstances which surrounded Otobo’s sudden disappearance and eventual death was very disturbing and heart-breaking to consume.

FG Reacts To Nigerians In Dubai Being Chased Into Desert

Nigerians in Diaspora Commission NIDCOM, has reacted to the viral video of stranded Nigerian immigrants in Dubai who were allegedly chased into the desert.

A Nigerian in Dubai made the video claiming they have been chased out to the desert.

Recall that UAE authorities in July had announced that Nigerians with expired visas were given up till August 17 to leave their country.

Reacting via her Twitter handle, Abike Dabiri-Erewa said some Nigerians have refused to avail themselves the opportunity to return home.
