Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, on Saturday, denied eloping out of the country, amid the End SARS protest.

Tinubu boasted that he still remained the Asiwaju and Jagaban of Lagos State, while dismissing insinuations that he alongside his family members left the country due to the ongoing protests.

He spoke while addressing newsmen after he visited the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Bullion Van: ‘Tinubu Untouchable, Buhari Can’t Probe Him’

Olusegun Bamgbose, National Coordinator, Concerned Advocates for Good Governance, CAGG, has told those calling for the probe of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu, to stop wasting their time.

According to Bamgbose, the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari cannot investigate Tinubu.

Recall that recently, thousands of Nigerians led Reno Omokri, former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, signed a petition on social media, calling on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to investigate and probe Tinubu in respect of his use of Bullion van during the 2019 general election.

“Karma Works”: Omokri Blasts Oshiomhole, Tinubu, Sanusi

Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, on Friday mocked Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi former CBN Governor and Emir and Adams Oshiomhole, the suspended APC National Chairman.

Reacting to the leadership crisis in APC, Omokri said Tinubu and Oshiomhole are reaping what they sowed.

In a tweet, the former presidential aide said both men among others lied against Jonathan.
