Fresh reports reaching the desk of Africa Daily News, New York has revealed that the Police Service Commission (PSC) Chairman, Retired Inspector General of Police, Musiliu Smith has finally tendered in his resignation as regards his appointment.
The retired IGP who had also been at loggerhead with the Police Hierarchy over the organisation which has been constitutionally responsible for the recruitment of Constables into the Nigerian Police Force, was said to have tendred in his resignation on the grounds of ill health.
