Fuel Scarcity In Nigeria: PENGASSAN Finally Makes Their Case

The President of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN), Mr Festus Osifo, has finally opened up about the reasons for the ongoing fuel scarcity across the country, particularly in Lagos and Abuja as petitions for their probe gets to an all time high.
Speaking during an interview on Channels Televisionβs Sunrise Daily, the PENGASSAN boss had highlighted the issue of βbridging fundsβ between the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) and truck drivers who deliver the Premium Motor Spirits (PMS).
