The Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani, has vowed to kick out all troops of the United States, US, in the Middle East.

Rouhani spoke while declaring that the late General Qasem Soleimani fought against terrorist groups, ISIS, Al-Nusrah and Al-Qaeda.

Speaking on Wednesday in Tehran, Rouhani said most European capitals would have been in great danger if not for the “historic” fight of Soleimani.

Southern, Middle belt leaders back Atiku to challenge poll

The Southern and Middle belt leaders have thrown their weight behind the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar’s resolve to challenge outcome of the 2019 presidential poll.

They also rejected outcome of the poll, saying Jubril (President Muhammadu Buhari) should bear a huge moral burden of the fraud that was perpetrated in the elections.

The former vice president has challenged the re-election Buhari in court.

Atiku in secret meeting with Southern, Middle Belt Leaders

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last general election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, on Wednesday met with leaders of the Southern/Middle Belt Forum in Abuja.

The close-door meeting, which lasted for about an hour, took place at the Asokoro, Abuja residence of elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clarke.
