Living In Bondage Wins Big At AMVCA, King Of Boys Snubbed

Charles Okpaleke’s “Living In Bondage: Breaking Free” was the biggest winner of the night with a total of seven awards, at the just concluded 7th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award, AMVCA, held at the Eko expo hall, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
‘Living in Bondage’ secured 7 awards out of 11 nominations including Best Overall Movie, Best Movie West Africa, Best Director, Best Writer in a Movie among others.
‘Elevator Baby’ followed with 3 wins and ‘God Calling’ came close with 2 wins. The industry merit award went to seasoned TV and filmmaker, Peter Igho.…
