It’s A Demotion For Me To Be Nigeria’s President – Oyedepo

Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, aka Winners Chapel, has said that he will reject a call to become the President of Nigeria.

Addressing his church yesterday, Oyedepo said he would see it as a demotion if called upon to become the country’s number ones.

The cleric said that God specifically, in 1984 asked him (Oyedepo) if he was interested in becoming a President.

Bishop Oyedepo said,’I’m saying it again, some are very upset about it, that’s their problem. I will consider it a demotion if I were invited to be the President of this great country.’

Presiding Bishop, Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo has chided the Federal and State Governments for opening markets and continue to lock up churches in the country.

Oyedepo, in his sermon, said the churches should be opened, wondering why government took such a foolish decision.

The Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, has said the days of President Muhammadu Buhari are numbered in Nigeria

Oyedepo, lamenting the state of the nation, described Buhari as a bad leader, adding that his government is the worst in the history of Nigeria.
