Nigerians Kick Against Reopening Of Lekki Toll Gate

Some Nigerians have kicked against the decision of the Lagos State judicial panel of inquiry to reopen Lekki Toll gate.

The panel, probing the alleged killing of End SARS protesters at the Toll Gate, approved the reopening of the Toll Plaza and returned control to its owners, the Lekki Concession Company (LCC).

However, some members of the panel, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa alongside other three members of the panel, Patience Udoh (representing civil society), Rinuola Oduola and Temitope Majekodunmi (representing the youths) rejected the repossession and the reopening of the plaza.

Report has it that at least six #EndSARS protesters jumped into a river near the Lekki toll gate in Lagos State on the evening of October 20 to escape for their life when the Nigerian Army opened fire on the peaceful protesters.

Fashola Discovers Mystery Camera At Lekki Toll Gate (Video)

The Minister for Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola on Sunday, discovered a hidden camera at the Lekki Toll Gate, Admiralty Circle, in Lagos.

Fashola, led a Federal Government delegation on the directive of  President Muhammadu Buhari to commiserate with the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu over the loss of lives and destruction of properties in the violence that rocked the state last week.
