The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has been declared the winner of the gubernatorial ticket for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.

There was a bit of unrest on Sunday as residents of Ebute-Metta in Lagos State took to the streets to decry the highly estimated billing system which the Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) is meting out to the community.

The Lagos State Police Command has disclosed that it had arrested a middle-aged Lebanese, John Greg, who allegedly knocked down a pedestrian, and escaped after driving against traffic recklessly.
