Gov Bello Distributes COVID-19 Palliatives, Issues Warning

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello on Sunday, distributed the state’s COVID-19 palliatives to vulnerable youths and women.

The Governor also used the opportunity to warn hoodlums to stay away from attacking peoples’ properties in the state, saying such actions will attract severe punishment for anyone caught.

A statement by the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Kingsley Fanwo on Sunday in Lokoja said the Governor appreciated the people of the state who turned out at the State Warehouse to share the remaining palliatives.

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has warned Nigerian youths to resist the temptation of using the current situation in the country to seek an undemocratic change in leadership.

The Governor warned that those interested in the presidency must wait till 2023 and go through democratic processes.
