Supreme Court Justice, Eko To Retire From Judiciary

In the spate of recent retirements by Supreme Court Justices, another Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Justice Ejembi Eko has affirmed reports that he will be taking this retirement from Nigeriaβs judiciary on Monday, May 23, 2022.
His retirement is coming barely two weeks after a female eminent jurist, Mary Ukaego Peter Odili bowed out in the same manner.
Justice Eko is leaving the apex court bench having attained the mandatory retirement age of seventy years.
