In what seems like an unusual turn, men in Jos are gradually taking over the beauty business.

Years ago, the business of making women beautiful was considered a job exclusively for the female gender.

It was generally the belief that only a woman knows how best to make another woman look beautiful.

Hence, jobs like fashion designing, hairdressing, braiding, manicure and pedicure and other related tasks were seen as no-go-areas for males.

Jos Sex Video: FIDA Confirms Woman Committed Suicide

The International Federation of Female Lawyers (FIDA) said it had commenced rehabilitation of some girls and married women who engaged in a pornographic video for ₦30, 000.

Chairperson of the FIDA association, Mrs Mary Izam, said that the rehabilitation became necessary as all the girls were depressed and another, a married woman, had committed suicide.

NAN reports that Izam, who appealed to women and girls to engage in honest jobs/businesses through which they can make honest living, told them that running away and suicide was not an option.
