Extortion: Zulum commends Army HQ for Swift Investigation

Borno State Governor, Prof. Umara Zulum has paid tribute to headquarters of the Nigerian Army for the swiftness with which it announced readiness to investigate incidents of stop and search of passengers around Njimtilo.

Zulum spoke in reaction to a statement issued last night by Colonel Aminu Iliyasu, coordinator of the Army’s operations’ media.

Russia investigation: Attorney set to announce completion

The end is apparently near for the Russia investigation. Attorney General Bill Barr is set announce the completion of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe, perhaps as soon as next week, people familiar with the plans say.
