A traditional ruler’s son and two internally displaced persons hosted in Kautikari village of Chibok Local Government Area of Borno State were among those killed following a fresh invasion of the village by fighters of the Islamic State for West African Province, ISWAP.
Africa Daily News, New York gathered from locals who fled the village that the name of the traditional ruler’s son is Mr Bulama Wadir.
Recall that Kautikari was attacked in December 2021 and January 2022 where women and children were taken. Also, a church in the community was razed by the insurgents during the attacks.

One of the persons who witnessed the attack on Faduma Kolomdi village in Gubio local government area of Borno state on Tuesday has narrated how the insurgents deceived villagers before they struck.
