 The Nigeria Security and Civil Corps has arrested 10 suspected illegal liquified petroleum gas operators in Akwa Ibom.
 State Commandant of corps, Mr Adeyinka Ayinla who disclosed this to newsmen at the end of routine surveillance in Uyo on Thursday, said that the corps was in collaboration with DPR to fish out illegal LPG refilling points in the state.
 The routine surveillance was said have been carried out in conjunction with Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) in Akwa Ibom.

Borno Bans Illegal Motor Parks To Curb Crimes

The Borno State Government has banned the operations of illegal motor parks in the state to curtail criminal activities.

The Commissioner of Justice, Mr Kaka-Shehu Lawan, announced the ban while speaking with newsmen on Tuesday in Maiduguri.

Lawan said that the government took the measure following intelligence reports that cases of robbery and kidnapping were linked to the parks.

The operatives of the Ogun State Command of the Nigeria Immigration Service have arrested six illegal immigrants at Idiroko borders in the state.
