Don’t Make Us Suffer – Ekiti Pensioners Beg Gov-Elect, Oyebanji

Joel Akinola who is the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners, Ekiti State Branch, has openly urged the governor-elect, Biodun Oyebanji, to make sure he applies the experience he has garnered over the years in act of governance in moving the state forward.
Akinola had also urged Oyebanji to, on the assumption of office in October, make sure that he prioritises the welfare and wellness of pensioners, saying, “We want you to ensure pensioners no longer suffer at old age after service to the state during our active days.”
