
Burkina Town Blockaded By Jihadists Laments Serious Famines
The Citizens of a town in northern Burkina Faso whose road access was blocked and cut off by some jihadists has revealed that food supplies are running out.
Islamist militants had on June 25 damaged a bridge providing the only road access to the town of Sebba, the administrative seat of Yagha province. Residents swiftly tried to repair the damage but the bridge was destroyed in a subsequent attack, leaving Sebba cut off from the rest of the country.
