Defection To APC: PDP Asks Court To Sack Dogara From House

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has sued Yakubu Dogara at a Federal High Court in Abuja asking that he should be sacked from the House of Representatives.
The suit which is before Justice Okon Abang and was meant to be heard on December 7 was asking the court to sack Dogara for leaving the party when there was no crisis in the party.
