2023: Reps Set To Amend Electoral Bill On Wednesday

The members of the Nigerian House of Representatives will hold an emergency plenary today to concur the decision of the Senate on the electoral billΒ following yesterday’s amendment by the red chambers.Β
Yahaya Danzaria, Acting Clerk, House of Representatives, disclosed this in a statement on on Tuesday.
He submitted that the emergency session will be on the bill
It would be recalled that the Senate had amended the electoral bill to allow the statutory delegates to be delegates at indirect primaries.
