2023: I’m Not Lawan’s Campaign Director, Orji Kalu Clarifies

The Chief  Whip of the Nigerian Senate, Orji Uzor Kalu, has insisted that he is not the Director-General of Lawan Campaign Organisation, the team in charge of the presidential aspiration of Senate President, Ahmad Lawan.

The senator representing Abia North made this known while reacting to media reports which listed him as the Director-General of the organisation earlier on Saturday.

In a release sent which was made available to Africa Daily News, New York, Kalu said, ‘The list should be disregarded, as no authorisation was given to the effect of its publication.’
