The Labour Party (LP), has asserted that the party would not alter the principles of federal character in its choice of a Vice-presidential candidate even as it gets set to announce who would be running mate to the former Governor of Anambra State ahead of next year’s poll.

The Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor, has asserted that the citizens of Nigeria must trust the military and other security agencies for the war on insecurity to be more effective.
