CUPP Begins Public Mobilisation Over Hike In Fuel, Electricity Tariff

The Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP, said it has commenced mobilisation for mass action against the government of President Muhammadu Buhari.

CUPP Spokesman Ugochinyere Appreciates Nigerians On Release

Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere, the Spokesman for the Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP, recently took to his official twitter page to appreciate Nigerians and other well-wishers after his release.

Ugochinyere was arrested on the 18th of June at his residence in Abuja in connection with the allegation of bribery made against the House of Representatives and the Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila.

This was followed by a  statement made by his team of lawyers on Thursday, who claimed that the CUPP Spokesman was manhandled while being arrested.

The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has expressed worry over the appointment of Ibrahim Gambari as the new Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari.

Gambari, a former Minister of Foreign Affairs replaces the late Abba Kyari, who died of coronavirus complications.

The Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP, has faulted the 14 days lockdown extension by President Muhammadu Buhari.
