Niger Delta: Akpabio Describes NDDC As Cesspool Of Fraud

The Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Dr Godswill Akpabio, has described the Niger Delta Development Commission as a cesspool of corruption.
Akpabio, a former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, stated this during a courtesy call on Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River on Friday.
He lamented the behaviour of the workers of the commission, saying, βNDDC was a cesspool of fraud, the workers know it, the contractors know it, those who collected work but donβt do it, know it and those who collected money know it and I know it, I have the records,β he said.
