Boko Haram Members, Commander Surrender To Nigerian Army

Recent reports reaching Africa Daily News, New York have revealed that at least five Boko Haram terrorists which also includes a Commander of Jama’at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da’wah wa’l-Jihad (JAS), Boko Haram, Malam Isa, have finally laid down their arms and surrendered to the troops of the Nigerian Army in the North East of Borno State.

An Intelligence Source had revealed to Zagazola Makama, a Counter Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in Lake Chad, that they surrendered to the troops of 73 Battalion, Operation Hadin Kai, on July 22, 2022.

Africa Daily News, New York reports that no fewer than 204 Boko Haram terrorists and their family members have announced their unconditional surrender to the Nigerian Army which was orchestrated through a fresh Operation nicknamed Hadin Kai.

The handover ceremony was in Bama Local Government Area (LGA) of Borno State.

Four humanitarian workers and a security guard, abducted by Boko Haram terrorists earlier this month, have appealled to the federal government as well as their respective organisations to intervene for their release.
