Free Nnamdi Kanu A Crucial Step For Unity In Nigeria

Free Nnamdi Kanu: A Crucial Step For Unity In Nigeria

Imagine a complex quilt of diverse cultures, religions, and economic sectors—the vibrancy that Nigeria is full of. Each thread in this fabric serves a unique purpose, and yet, when pulled too tight or left to fray, the whole system risks unraveling. In the southeastern region of Nigeria, known to many as Biafra, one such thread is being stretched to its limit. This strain is a byproduct of the ongoing detention of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). His absence from the public stage has not just silenced a voice of opposition; it has engendered

Biafra: When Will The Nigerian Govt Fully Implement The 3RS?

Biafra: When Will The Nigerian Govt Fully Implement The 3RS?

Over five decades ago, no fewer than three million people needlessly died in a brutal war carried out with genocidal intentions against the Biafran people by the Federal Government of Nigeria. Since then, Nigeria has continued to make consolidated attempts to erase the scar of that bloody moment from its ugly history and these attempts have remained perpetually futile.

By the reckoning of successive governments who have managed to lead Nigeria after that war, those bloody thirty months are nothing but an unfortunate episode that should be forgotten or best swept under the carpet, however, the story is not the …

Unveiling Prof. Nze’s ‘1967-1970: Exposing The Untold Truth’

For over 53 years, the Nigerian government has managed to keep the TRUTH hidden from its citizens. it has made bold attempts to conceal the fact that over three million people, including women and babies, died avoidable deaths as a result of the brutal ‘genocide’ that happened between 1967 -1970. Nigerian leaders have ignorantly ignored the fact that the event is one that can never be swept under the carpet and the ‘genocide’ which it has continued to refer to as ‘civil war’ for political reasons will not remain a secret forever!

Thankfully, the author of The Genocide, …

Ekpa Is Not Nigeria's Problem But It's Bogus Constitution

Ekpa Is Not Nigeria’s Problem But It’s Bogus Constitution

A few days ago, there was a frenzy in the Nigerian social media space after Simeon Ekpa, the self-appointed Biafran spokesperson and a disciple of Nnamdi Kanu was arrested in faraway Finland. The reactions which greeted the arrest will leave one wondering when Ekpa’s influence grew that much to the extent that his arrest in another continent was ‘big’ news.

For people who do not know him, Ekpa (also known as Ifeanyi Njoku) is a Finland-based Nigeria-born Biafran self-styled secessionist activist. He was born on March 21, 1985, in Ohaukwu LGA, Ebonyi State in South-Eastern Nigeria. He currently leads the …

Malami Must Be Pressured To Release Nnamdi Kanu

If Nigeria is not a banana Republic, why is Nnamdi Kanu still behind bars despite a clear order for his release? Many months after an Appeal Court judgement provided the leeway for Nigerian authorities to walk the talk as ones desirous of respecting Nigeria’s diversity by releasing Nnamdi Kanu and seeking political solutions to the problems besieging the South East region and parts of the South-South, the Nigerian federal government is still adamant and hell-bent on keeping Kanu incarcerated against all voices of reason.

It is without any iota of doubt that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra …

Prof. Nze's The Genocide

Prof. Nze’s The Genocide: 1967 – 1970, And Its Sad Reality

Healing will always naturally come where there is justice and hence whenever justice is denied, any efforts made at chasing peace and reconciliation will thus always end up an exercise in futility. The question is; does Nigeria want genuine healing that can help it eventually lay events of the last 63 years to rest? The answer is simply embedded in her body language which is a screaming No.

The avoidable deaths of more than three million people as a result of the brutal genocide which took place between 1967 -1970 is one that can never be swept under the carpet. …

2023: Ndigbo’ll Work For Nigeria’s Unity Not Biafra – Umahi

Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi has appealed to other zones in the country not to scheme out the Southeast out of Nigeria’s leadership.

Umahi maintained that the Igbo would be a part of a fair and equitable Nigeria, not a breakaway Biafra.

The Governor made the assertions when he spoke at an inter-denominational prayer summit in Abakaliki on Saturday.

The Governor called for the fair treatment of Igbo by Nigerians.

Umahi said the Igbo should be given a chance at leadership in 2023 because they are determined to unite and ensure peace in Nigeria.

Why Biafra Agitation Is Gaining Momentum

Why Biafra Agitation Is Gaining Momentum

The alleged insensitivity of the federal government against the plight of Ndigbo is being touted as fuelling the struggle for Biafra Independence by Igbo groups.

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Australia, Chief Cyprian Okoye, told reporters in Enugu on Tuesday that, current agitation over the republic of Biafra would continue as much as the federal government had insisted on treating Ndigbo as non-members of the country.

He stated that Ndigbo had not been treated fairly, stressing that the abuse faced by its people exacerbated in the current administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Nnamdi Kanu Reacts As Asari Dokubo Declares Biafra ”Only Solution”

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has reacted as a former Niger Delta warlord, Alhaji Dokubo, declared that only Biafra would bring solution and liberation to the people of South East, South-South and other regions in the country.

In a viral video, which the IPOB leader also shared on his Facebook page, Asari, an ardent believer in the Biafra struggle and former militants leader, said

Biafra Will Not Be Until I, The Lord Will Permit It

The coronavirus will become history by the end of April.  I, the Lord did not create the pestilence, it came by man made. Many are worried about how it will end. Get a bowl of water add salt to it read, psalm 91 and drink a spoonful of palm oil.

Biafra will not be until ‘I the Lord will permit it.’ It will be a waste of resources for anybody agitating for it. Kanu should watch his back because they are coming for him. So, he should be careful, even among his people, because they will sell him out. There …
