President Muhammadu Buhari has declared that as a beneficiary of a free and fair election in the country, he would bequeath the same to his successor and the nation in 2023, “quietly.”

Buhari said he was already looking forward to a peaceful hand over in 2023, stressing that he was morally bound to fulfil that wish.

A gunman opened fire in a church in Texas, killing one parishioner and wounding another before being shot dead by members of the congregation.

The gunman stood up from a pew at West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement, a suburb of Fort Worth, pulled out a shotgun, a begun shooting.

Barbora Strycova said Friday she was pondering the doubles title defence at Wimbledon before retiring from the sport, a move she has lately been suggesting.

The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, has given assurance that Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu, would be reopened before the 2020 Easter celebration.
