Legal Luminary Advises Against EFCC’s Boss Removal

Barrister Willie Amadi, a legal luminary has written an open letter where he charged the Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari to renominate the Acting Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Ibrahim Magu and forfeit all allegations which have been brought against him by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami.
He also quipped in that the sudden call for Mr Magu’s sack was to prevent the long arms of the law from reaching some guilty “high-profile” individuals that were still undergoing investigations under the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
