NY: Brooklyn Man Arrested For Raping 13-Year-Old Girl

Police have arrested a man they say raped a 13-year-old girl while she was walking to her friend’s house in Brooklyn, cops said.

Kervins Germain, 29, was nabbed Wednesday night for the Nov. 1 attack on the teen inside a home on E. 102nd St. and Avenue M in Canarsie, police said.

The girl was walking to a friend’s house about 11:30 p.m. when Germain walked up to her and convinced her to follow him into a nearby building, where he raped and sexually assaulted her. The victim was treated at a local hospital and later released.

The operatives of the Ogun State Command of the Nigeria Immigration Service have arrested six illegal immigrants at Idiroko borders in the state.

India’s Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) has arrested a Nigerian man identified as Hope Uzodima in Mumbai for alleged possession of dangerous weapons.

The suspect, a 40-year-old man who lives in Bonkhode village in Koparkhairane was arrested for possession of ivory and a sword cane.

Another Nigerian named King Chukwudi Fidelis who is also in police net fast-tracked his arrest as he helped the police with information.

The 30-year-old Fidelis was arrested at Sector 13 in Koparkhairane last week for the possession of 64 gm of methamphetamine powder worth rs3.2 lakh.
