Worried by the recent spate of killings in some part of the State, the Kogi Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has vowed to hunt down the perpetrators of the Wednesday attack on Agbudu community in Kogi/Koto Karfe Local Government Area of the state which claimed the lives of 14 persons.

The Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on Sunday lost his mother, Hajia Hawa Bello.

The governor’s mother died in Abuja on Sunday after a brief illness.

It was further learnt that her body is expected to be buried today in Okene, Kogi State according to the Muslim rite.

Late Hajia Hawa Bello survived with children, grand children and great grand children, among whom is the governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
