A presidential aspirant on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Mr Cosmas Ndukwe, yesterday filed an ex-parte application for an order of injunction restraining the PDP from proceeding with its scheduled primary election.

Africa Daily News, New York gathered that when the matter was called on Thursday for hearing, counsel to the plaintiff, Mr Paul Erokoro (SAN), told the court that he received PDP’s affidavit disclosing why the primary election should not be stopped late on Wednesday.
