ADC Reveals Why Tonto Dike Was Picked As Guber Running-Mate

The African Democratic Congress, ADC has fully explained some of the reasons why the party got to nominate Veteran actress, Tonto Dike as the running mate for the party to the governorship candidate of the party in Rivers State.

The State chairman of the ADC, Leader Sampson had revealed that the decision was to “encourage women”, particularly the “younger ones” to make sure that she goes into politics.

2023: I Will Perform Well As Rivers Deputy Gov – Tonto Dikeh

Controversial actress turned politician, Tonto Dikeh has boasted that she has never failed with leadership and therefore, believes she is capable of succeeding as Deputy Governor of Rivers State.

Dikeh made the comments in an interview with Channels Television’s Sunday Politics which was monitored by Africa Daily News, New York while speaking of her candidacy under the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

According to her, contrary to speculations and despite her being a subject of controversy, the decision to join politics was well thought out and is one she has worked towards for at least three years.

Mr. Dumebi Kachikwu who is the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has denied allegations of tax fraud in the United States describing them as fake and malicious.
